Host/Hostess responsibilities:

• Opening the doors for Guest as they arrive and depart.
• Engaging with guests, making them feel valued and comfortable
• Offering assistance or recommendations to make their visit more enjoyable
• Providing personal attention to create a friendly atmosphere
• Anticipating guests' needs and proactively addressing any concerns
• Ensuring a seamless transition between guests as they arrive and leave
• Standard technology capability with seating programs.
• Thanking guests for choosing the restaurant and inviting them to return
