Prep Cook Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items following FMK’s standard recipes and guidelines.
• Ensure timely and efficient preparation of ingredients and dishes to maintain quality and presentation.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Uphold quality and sanitation standards in all food preparation and cooking processes.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to support a smooth workflow.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
